Definitely "off the hoof" tender and tasty ribs! Great flavor and moist...they do a mean brisket too. Sides are fantastic - slaw is crunchy with just the right "bite". I'm getting hungry just writing this.

Great all the way around! Geoff provides great service & even better BBQ! The ribs are to die for & the pulled/shredded pork is beyond delicious. The portobello mushrooms were a tasty additional treat as well. One certainly couldn't go wrong with Office the Hoof BBQ!

We came to Holden Beach from various locations across the country, 30 of us! Off the Hoof BBQ was our choice for a catered meal and it was off the hook! Delivered on time and every single person in our party enjoyed their meal. Wood smoked brisket, pork, smoked chicken, bbq chicken, cole slaw, beans with three or four types of beans and some brisket mixed in...keep reading...I'm not done, mac n cheese made with spaghetti noodles, pecan pie and banana pudding that would make you want to slap your momma! This was an excellent dinner and I can't wait until tomorrow to eat leftovers!!

Off the Hoof BBQ did a catering for us a few days ago. It was a small company party with about 50 people. We had beef brisket, ribs and chicken! All the food was fantastic but the ribs were the best I’ve ever had! Geoff smoked the brisket and ribs all day long and man was it worth it! If you’re looking for someone to cater for you and you’re looking for the “real deal” when it comes to BBQ Geoff is your guy. Not only the best ribs and brisket I’ve ever had but the best catering we’ve ever had as well.
