Brisket

6/11/18 - "We came to Holden Beach from various locations across the country, 30 of us! Off the Hoof BBQ was our choice for a catered meal and it was off the hook! Delivered on time and every single person in our party enjoyed their meal. Wood smoked brisket, pork, smoked chicken, bbq chicken, cole slaw, beans with three or four types of beans and some brisket mixed in...keep reading...I'm not done, mac n cheese made with spaghetti noodles, pecan pie and banana pudding that would make you want to slap your momma! This was an excellent dinner and I can't wait until tomorrow to eat leftovers!!"

12/9/17 - " If you like old school slow smoked pit BBQ, Geoff is the man. He prepared the BEST steak I’ve ever eaten."

6/12/18 - "Better than any restaurant at Holden and catered to your beach house. Had the pork, brisket, and chicken 3 meat meal.  Sides of beans and Mac n cheese.... not the usual and truly amazing!  Everything made by scratch including dessert - we got pecan pie and banana pudding. Best of all, the owner and chef is so professional and you can plan your meal night weeks before you come to the beach and be assured he will deliver!  Best Catering at the beach!"

9/17/17 -  "Everybody says they know good BBQ, some do, most do not. I have eaten BBQ all over the good ole USA. Geoff does it right, even the holy grail of BBQ, brisket. Smoked low and slow it comes out with that beautiful smoke ring and always moist and full of flavor.Do yourself a favor, book him for your next get together, you will thank me."

6/11/18 -  " We needed bbq for a large family get together and they really delivered. The brisket was as good as legit Texas brisket, bark included. The pulled pork with Carolina vinegar sauce was top notch. The mac and cheese was made with spaghetti noodles and was truly one of a kind. Service and set-up were smooth. Deserts were also excellent. If you need bbq or catering of any kind this is who you call. Good stuff!!"
