Meet Sir Smokes-A-Lot! He's a Lang 84 Deluxe, wood fired, reverse flow smoker. NO GAS with this bad boy. He only smokes meat one way...with wood. Sir Smokes-A-Lot can be towed to your event for a full service-onsite catering and the food cooked right there at your location.
We provide full service, on site BBQ Catering in Wilmington, BBQ Catering in Myrtle Beach and BBQ Catering in Shallotte as well as the surrounding areas and beaches. We also provide our BBQ delivery option for parties of 10 to 250. We'll either cook onsite for you and your guests or cook it and bring it to you ready for you to serve. *We are fully insured.
Well...this is the best part! There's nothing like fresh MEAT, smoked at low temperatures for hours and hours! Our smoker cooks on one thing and one thing alone...wood. Hardwoods that have been seasoned 9-12 months. We also do special requests. Just give us a call to discuss.

Injected, rubbed and smoked for 12-16 hours. We don't cook our whole hogs over propane in a portable "oven". Anyone can do that. Our smoker uses wood and fire...NO GAS...ever! It takes so long because we have to add wood every 30 minutes. If you want pig cooked in a propane cooker there are plenty of people that do that. Just not us!
