Drop Off or Onsite Service...

We provide full service, on site BBQ Catering in Wilmington, BBQ Catering in Myrtle Beach and BBQ Catering in Shallotte as well as the surrounding areas and beaches. We also provide our BBQ drop off option for smaller parties.

Our Food is the BEST Part...

Yep...this is the best part! There's nothing like fresh MEAT, smoked at low temperatures for hours and hours! Our smoker cooks on one thing and one thing alone...wood. Hardwoods that have been seasoned 9-12 months. We also do special requests. All the pictures of food on our website we personally cooked. This is 100% our food!

Born right here in North Carolina...the BBQ capital of the world! Whole hog smoked for 12-16 hours. We can serve it whole so your guests can take exactly what they want or we'll combine all the different cuts of meat, chop it and serve it pulled pork style. Priced a-la-carte so you pick your sides and desserts. Available for onsite catering only.  Our most popular wedding request. What's better than a casual Tarheel Pig Pickin' after your "I do's?"

Grandmaw Cain's Mac-N-Cheese

Our #1 ordered side! Better known as Cheese Pie! 75 year old family recipe from way down in the heart of Sallis, Mississippi. Grand maw Cain's Cheese Pie is our take on mac-n-cheese. Everybody does mac-n-cheese but nobody does it like this! Spaghetti noodles, bacon, several cheeses and a bunch of other secrets make this almost as good as the BBQ...almost.

all of our delicious farm animals have been smoked in Sir Smokes-A-Lot for hours and hours with hickory and oak...

Whole Hog

Injected, rubbed and smoked for 12-16 hours. Our smoker uses wood and fire! It takes so long because we have to add wood every 30 minutes. If you want pig cooked in a propane cooker there are plenty of people that do that. Just not us! (Onsite events ONLY with a minimum of 75 guests)

Pulled Pork Shoulder

loved, rubbed and smoked for about 8 hours. We love pig butts and we can not lie! 


The Greatest Ribs on Earth

seriously...the BEST on earth! smoked over hickory and apple wood for 6 hours using our own dry rub

Lone Star Brisket

this is the essence of Texas BBQ! 'nem 'nere Texans call beef BBQ and this brisket is so good you can call it cardboard if you want to! This quite possibly may be the best piece of meat you ever put in your mouth! PLEASE don't die before trying it!

All of our caterings are a-la-carte. You pick exactly what you want served. Prices are plus tax and 10% gratuity. All caterings include rolls, buns, BBQ sauces, plastic utensils, paper plates and napkins. Client provides all beverages. Full service onsite catering service is available - $1500 minimum. $500 minimum order for drop offs.
