We provide full service, on site BBQ Catering in Wilmington, BBQ Catering in Myrtle Beach and BBQ Catering in Shallotte as well as the surrounding areas and beaches. We also provide our BBQ delivery option for parties of 10 to 250. We'll either cook onsite for you and your guests or cook it and bring it to you ready for you to serve. *We are fully insured.

Injected, rubbed and smoked for 12-16 hours. Our smoker uses wood and fire! It takes so long because we have to add wood every 30 minutes. If you want pig cooked in a propane cooker there are plenty of people that do that. Just not us! (Onsite events ONLY with a minimum of 75 guests)

All of our caterings are a-la-carte. You pick exactly what you want served. Prices are plus tax and 10% gratuity. All caterings include rolls, buns, BBQ sauces, plastic utensils, paper plates and napkins. Client provides all beverages. Onsite cooking and full service onsite catering service is available. $1500 minimum for onsite caterings. $500 minimum order for drop offs.
